1. Who we are

The website littleounce.com is operated by Global Reach Retailers LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Little Ounce", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Orders

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock, when the price or description was wrong, or when the payment cannot be verified. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. The total, including shipping and any tax shown at checkout, is charged when you place the order. We can change prices at any time; a change does not affect orders already placed. Free gifts are offered while stock lasts and have no cash value.

4. Product information

We describe the products as accurately as we can. Specifications can change when the manufacturer updates a product; the specifications on the product page at the time of your order apply to it.

The Little Ounce scale is a home weighing scale, not a medical device. Little Ounce products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to your pediatrician about your baby's growth and feeding.

5. Images

Photos, drawings, renders, and animations on this site are illustrations and are shown for reference. Some photos are generated or edited. The item you receive may differ slightly in appearance: color, finish, print placement and small details can vary from what is shown. The exact dimensions and what is included are listed on the product page.

6. Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by the Shipping policy. Returns, refunds, and items that arrive damaged or faulty are covered by the Returns and refunds policy. Both are part of these terms.

7. Using the products

Read the instructions that come with each product before you use it and follow them. Never leave a baby unattended on the scale, on a changing mat or on any raised surface. Always check bath water with your hand; the bath thermometer is a guide only. Use pacifier clips only while you are watching your baby and remove them for sleep.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the site and the products are provided without warranties of any kind, and our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. What we do when a product arrives damaged, faulty, or wrong is set out in the Returns and refunds policy. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
